I did a quick look on the possibilities of having a radio link as OOB etc the last miles. From Karesvanto "city" to the site, it looks like on the attached picture (done with 25 meter antenna poles). I.e. it is in practice impossible. Kaiseniemi is even worse, just a small 150 meter high mountain in the way :-)

So this is not a practical solution.
