Per the snippet of our last meeting’s notes below, attached is the response template spreadsheet, for your convenience.
“Agenda item #3, user story prioritization: Under the assumption that we will not have sufficient time to complete all identified features for the map in time for the June demo target, we have to choose a subset of functionality. To that end, solicit prioritisations from participants of this group, and collate them into a master priority list. Each participant should consult affiliated organisations as they see fit, but only submit 1 priority list per participant. Submissions may be distributed to the entire list, or strictly to TF & RD, as desired.”

Tom and I regret the radio silence. I hope your holidays were restful and memorable!
We’d like to get back on track with our bi-weekly meetings, starting next week. It’s a bit short notice, so don’t stress if you can’t make it — it’s likely to be a concise touchstone symbolising our intent to resume work on the initiative, do a status update, and then there’ll be meetings every other week until TNC. Of course it would be great to touch base if you can join. Meeting details below.
I’d also like to reconnect about our effort to prioritize the features we’d like to implement in the first round of our GREN map. Again, it’s short notice, but if you happen to be able to send along your organization’s prioritizations by Monday, please do so. Otherwise, I’d like to collect them all ahead of the next meeting (March 5), so let’s target March 1. For handy reference, the response template spreadsheet is attached to a follow-up e-mail.
Meanwhile, since the initial steps do not depend greatly on the outcome of that activity, we will delve back into development of the technical foundation for this initiative.
