Hello GREN Mappers,
First of all, it is my understanding that some people attended a phantom meeting last
week. I’m not sure why the cancellation notice did not get through to everyone. My
apologies to anyone who came away disappointed by the lack of GREN Map catch-up talk.
Prior to the proliferation of COVID-19 mitigation and containment measures, we were in the
process of determining a better regular time slot because the one we had did not work for
many participants. Now that many of us have (hopefully) settled into a new reality and
(likely) a new routine, I’d like to begin that process afresh. Aiming to resume meetings
on a tri-weekly schedule again, starting the week of April 20–24. Please select which of
the options below work for you, and we will choose the timeslot that accommodates the
most:

Please respond by the end of Wednesday, April 15, so that we can give adequate notice for
a meeting the following week.
When meetings resume, among other things, we look forward to providing an update on the
collaborative development that has taken place since our last meeting, and discussing how
to regroup in the face of the cancellation of conferences we’ve been using as targets and
promotional opportunities for this project.
