I hope that everyone has had a safe holiday season, and that 2021 has started well for all of you!

Please find below a proposed agenda for our upcoming meeting.  Let me know if you have anything to add.

For the sake of #2, we encourage everyone to complete the priorities feedback spreadsheet ahead of the meeting.  If you require more time to complete the feedback, we humbly suggest and request that you fill it out in draft form ahead of the meeting, and let me know approximately when you expect to submit a final version — this will at least give us more data points to discuss, and we can adjust final priorities ranking soon after.
