Dear members of the NORDUnet 2026 Programme Committee
First of all, thank you for accepting to serve on the NDN2026 PC. I look forward to us working together to create a great NORDUnet conference.
Now the principal item in our agenda is to set a date for a first physical face-to-face meeting at the NORDUnet office in Kastrup. The meeting will take place as a lunch-to-lunch event, and after talking with Susanne and Josva, we have concluded that November 11 to 12 will be convenient timing to kick off the programme work; there will be a dinner in the evening of the 11th where discussions and continue and new ideas be hatched.
I am aware that November is really soon and may clash with other obligations, so if you are unable to travel, we will facilitate virtual participation or setup meetings at some time suitable for you. Please let Susanne <smi(a)nordu.net<mailto:smi@nordu.net>> know before October 31 if you are able to join the meeting November 11 and 12 either
* physically
* virtually
* not at all
Secondly, to safeguard continuum, I would also like to set the dates for a meeting early next year, same concept of lunch-to-lunch with a dinner in the evening of the first meeting day, February 3 to 4 or February 4 to-5. And also again, please let Susanne know if and how these dates work for you.
Finally, we have created a page at the NORDUnet Wiki to keep track of our work. The page is located at https://portal.nordu.net/display/NDN2026/NORDUnet+Conference+2026+Home. You need to login and be granted access. Josva has given those of you have previously been logged into portal.nordu.net<http://portal.nordu.net/> access. If you do not have a login, write Josva <kleist(a)nordu.net<mailto:kleist@nordu.net>> and he will help you out.
Calendar invites and more logistic and practical information will follow as soon as we have settled on the dates.
Best regards,
Jonny Lundin
