Thank you, Jonny for the clarification.
If you have already developed some descriptions for talks, they form a great basis for your discussions with the speakers on their talks. Some speakers are happy to accept an existing description, others would like to add their own flavours, which is perfectly fine as long as it of course is within the scope of the session.
It may also be that when you plan the order of the talks in your sessions you may find that one or more of the descriptions could do with some slight changes to support the flow of the presentations.

its the session title and the session description that’s needed now. So we can publish the programme and start announcing the conference.
The detailed description of each speaker etc can follow later. Hopefully it’s clear now.
I am a bit confused now. I understood that we have to write and improve, where needed the Session descriptions. not the detailed descriptions of all the presentations in the sessions.
