Hope that you had a safe trip back home after some energetic and busy days. It really was a pleasure.
I have updated the grid page with a picture of the programme skeleton – and also the grid. You will see who have been assigned to chair each session. The session titles in the grid page only reflects the shortened ones from the post-it notes. They will be updated once you have reviewed the titles – and the session descriptions for the sessions you have been assigned to chair. https://portal.nordu.net/x/JACREQ.
The deadline agreed for this is Wednesday 11 Feb EOB.
During the meeting we discussed how you can approach track speakers that you want to invite. The style will of course have to be your own individual depending upon how (well) you know the speaker. The titles of the talks that were discussed during the meeting can of course be adjusted as per your agreement with the speaker as long as you find that it still fits the session (description).
We distinguish between “external” and “Nordic NREN employed” speakers.

I will create registration links matching the above that you can share with your speakers in due course.
Keynote speakers will be dealt with separately.
Each of you will also receive a link to register for free.
In light of this week being the primary winter vacation time we will open registration next week.
