Nice to see all the activity in the session descriptions.

There are a few additional bits of information you can share /ask for already when you talk to your speakers in addition to the information about the registration fee (ref earlier mail but now included also below) 

• Non-Nordic NREN speakers will have their fees waived
• Nordic NREN speakers will have a reduced fixed fee of EUR 250
• All sessions will be live streamed and archived*
• .pdf versions of the presentations will be uploaded to the programme page after the conference
• Please ask for a short bio and a recent picture to upload to the programme **

*Please ask your speaker to confirm in writing (email is fine) that they are ok with this

**We know that there are some people who will not want their picture in the programme – this is perfectly ok.

And speaking of bios and pictures, please let me have your own also 😊
