[Routing-wg] Virtual Workshop Announcement: P4 Programmable Switches, Feburary 16th & 23 2022

Brenna Meade International Networks at Indiana University Two-day Online Hands-on Workshop on P4 Programmable Switches This workshop will provide a motivation for and an introduction to P4 programmable data plane switches. The workshop will include sessions covering fundamentals of P4 programmable switches, FABRIC’s national cyberinfrastructure, use of P4 switches on campus networks, and hands-on sessions covering: P4 building blocks, parser implementation in the data plane, populating match-action tables at runtime, and others. Audience IT practitioners, educators, and professionals in general (network engineers, system administrators, etc.) with basic background in computer networks. Required Equipment No specialized equipment is required. Material will be accessible via web browsing. Presentations will be conducted via Zoom.
