Summary
Nordic network metrics WG
The Nordic Network Metrics Working Group is technical working group for Nordic NRENs to discuss networks metrics, and to experiment with coordinate deployments of network metrics systems, appliances, and software. The group was created in June 2021, following by the NORDUnet CAG of NORDUnet NetSage deployment and a proposal to deploy the Uninett-developed micro dependability metrics platform. The group will initially coordinate deployment of probes for this system, but may also discuss other technologies (i.e., PerfSONAR, streaming telemetry), and can be useful in coordinating effort in these areas if such are agreed. The group can also serve to share information about national initiatives.
