Grants of between £1 million and £5 million will be available to partnerships – groups of institutions and organisations based in the global North or South – to deliver innovative programmes that will bring about sustainable change in higher education systems. SPHEIR partnerships can include organisations from the higher education, private, government and civil society sectors. The call for partnership proposals opens on *21 October 2016*.
