[Nb-niac] Nordic and Baltic NIAC update call

Hi’ There have now been the first real meeting in the NIAC. There are some interesting developments, and working principles that I think is worth sharing and especially regarding the Baltic ring that is part of the GÉANT reference architecture, there are things that we need to discuss as a group on how we want to progress.
