Let me suggest the following approach - if you are either listed as chair or responsible on the session list, have a look at the corresponding subpage and check out with any other people from the programme committee listed there if there are any updates to what I’ve dreamt up. This way, we avoid having everybody look at every page. Also if you know you have updates regarding a session please write the responsible/chair with me and Jonny on cc.

If you all spend 10 minutes before our meeting Friday doing this, we should be able to have a much more effective meeting.
