Questions regarding Disruption Session

Right now the disruption session looks very disrupted. Leif J is confirmed but that is about it. I am still willing to reach out to Jan Damsgaard, but before doing so I would like to get a good grasp on the session. Licia is listed as chair, who else would like to chip in with ideas. One idea for a session could be Jan Damsgaard - how the world is changing Leif J - technical stuff about where we need to move And the - lo and behold - Rene Belsø who is happy to talk about how we are doing it all wrong. Dear Jonny, all, I'm afraid the meeting collides again with another meeting for me, which is really annoying. I'm trying to ask my boss to let me be there 10 minutes late, so I can be with you at least for the first 10 minutes and update on my topics and speakers, if that's at all possible. I will need to leave you after theses first 10 mins. In the meantime, quick updates: * I have some prospect speakers saying "No" (I put them in red), but for each "No" I already searched for an alternative (see below). The wiki is updated. If red is not desirable, I can just silently remove those lines, as they are not going to happen. Quantum and Time & Frequency Networks * Lars and Raimena will send a title for their combined session in the following days. Topic is clear. * Do we have any news from Jørgen Ellegård after the invitation was sent? Should I chase him or find alternatives? Sustainability * No answer from Nicol Nogradi or her colleagues at Inter.link. Proposal discarded. * Sebastian Neuner (Belwü/DT) answered he is going to be very busy upgrading the network in the following months. Proposal discarded. * I contacted SIG-Sustainability and they mentioned several options: * JISC is starting to work on calculating their carbon footprint. I'm contacting them (I think the name was Claire) through the SIG-Sustainabily Steering Committe to explore if they will be able to deliver some results in September. * They promised to put me in contact with someone at CSC working on Sustainability (Maybe Juha Oinonen?). I'm exploring this option too. * Asiera is presenting at SIG-NOC in a couple of weeks about sustainable working practices. I borrowed the idea and invited Andy to send a proposal. SIG-Sustainability also mentioned him as a possible speaker. * According to the wiki, we have two speakers (Juha Oinonen and N.N (?), with 15 min each to share a 30 min slot), thanks to Jani. Network Arch to support AI * Sebastiano said "No" but pointed me to Bram Peters, also from GÉANT. Waiting for Bram's answer. Hopefully see you tomorrow. Digital Twins session

Hello, I had a meeting with our Digital Twins group manager (Jenni Kontkanen) on Friday and got a preliminary ok for CSC speak on science application topic (exact topic TBD when actual speaker is known). In addition she proposed potential subjects and contact persons for the "Infrastructure for DT" slot. I updated them into the wiki but would like your opinions which one we maybe should approach first? 1. Dear all, I had agreed to invite somebody form CSC to talk about EuroHPC federated platform. I have not asked them yet as they are very stressed about the launch (2nd of April) so I would like to keep that on hold until the system goes live. Update of high level speaker overview

Dear PC I have been working on creating a useful overview to track our progress on speakers, it can be found at https://portal.nordu.net/spaces/NDN2026/pages/307855494/List+of+Speakers, it is based on the sessions pages and lists what I could figure out being potential speakers. It is probably incomplete, but the idea is that it should serve as a tool to see what we have left. The good news is that spring is slowly arriving there and things are turning green (meaning speaker confirmed). If you have time before our meeting, please take a look and correct any wrongdoing made by me. Hi Jonny, all, I'm going to be in a meeting by the time of the VC you sent last week. I temptatively accepted it, but I won't be able to attend the VC unless the other meeting finishes sooner than expected. From my side: Quantum and Time & Frequency Networks Lars and Raimena confirmed a joint session. With this, only an answer about Jørgen Ellegård is pending (Josva is the contact). Sustainability Nicol Nogradi is on extended leave. I tried to get in contact with her colleague and I'm waiting for his answer. Sebastian Neuner is not answering me. As Jani had two ideas (Juha Onionen and N.N (?)), maybe it's worth extending the 15-min slot for them. Unless N.N is Nicol Nogradi, of course. Network Arch to support AI Sebastiano was on annual leave. He came back on Tuesday. I pinged him again today and I'm waiting for his answer. In case I have the opportunity to join the call, I will. If not, let me know if there are any pending tasks for me.
