in just over a week we will meet again in Copenhagen, so there is still time for some final adjustment to the session text and gather the speakers for the sessions.
You should all have gotten the invites from Susanne, if you have any logistical questions please contact Susanne.
Please also find the agenda for the meeting as per below. If you wish to add something please let me know.
Wednesday agenda Confirm the four keynotes Walk through each session Confirm session descriptions (should be in place for all sessions) Agree on topics/talks for each session (rule of thumb: 3 speakers per 90 minute-session = 20-25 min per talk) Propose speakers for the session Assign sessions to PC members for further actions
Thursday agenda Actually, slotting sessions/talks into the programme (interactive post-it session) Identifying missing talks/speakers and agree on way forward Meet at TNC for those present– agree on timing
