All,
I’ve had no further comments. Unless I hear something asap, I will be
sending the attached to ESS today.

All,
the description and offer has now been narrowed down to a description of
the inter-site connectivity, on the assumption that ESS requires (and
will be getting) upstream connectivity to DeIC and SUNET anyway.
Please read and comment; I will send the document to ESS this week.

All,
please find attached a draft proposal for ESS, lacking a few details
(such as the actual design).
Hugge, can you please insert the design drawing description and cost
from the figures you have.
My suggestion is that we send a reasonably simple proposal and design
description to ESS. If they accept, each of us (SUNET, DeIC, NORDUnet)
will go on and propose actual contracts to them.
Let me know if you agree to the approach.

All,
we finally have cost estimates including local loops and routers (as I
understand).
NORDUnet is currently summarising a proposal for ESS. However, to make
sure we’re all on the same page, i propose a brief status meeting this
coming Friday (16th), at 11:00 (by VC).
https://nordunet.zoom.us/j/2306643942
Or H.323: 109.105.112.236, meeting ID: 230-664-3942
We can then wrap up next week.
