Dear Programme Committee

First of all, thanks for a productive meeting last week. We can now clearly see the contours of the conference, thought there is still much work to do.

Thanks to Ingimar we have now secured our final keynote - Hrund Gunnsteinsdottir (https://www.hrundgunnsteinsdottir.com/). I am absolutely certain she will provide an excellent keynote and give our participants something to think about. This naturally also means that I have declined the offer we received for Bent Flyvbjerg.

Not we all just need to get moving with the contents of the sessions.

Hi Josva,

Thanks, it's a nice one.

I guess the work to be done ASAP is the description per session, correct?

Note I'm still somewhat confused on what we finally decided on the Digital Twin session. Do we need a specific description for it or is it part of the broader "The community we serve".

The wiki shows:

Basically I don't remember exactly what we decided/agreed on this.

Hello,

A quick update for my APs (I hopefully wrote down them properly).

- Network session descriptions (AI ja Sensing) - Updated to wiki by Susanne

Also some updates for session speaks as well...

- The community we serve - Elixir (Tommi Nyrönen or someone else from CSC) confirmed. Subject need to defined, some ideas from Tommi at the wiki

- Digital Twins - Contacted our DT group manager, will keep an internal meeting between Funet and them first. They have multiple DT scientific use cases.

- Campus networks - Vidar confirmed that can act as a chair. He will find a person for "CNAAS landscape in the Nordics"

- EuroQCI - Had a short discussion within NordicQCI project. We will find a speaker. Danish project need to be contacted as well (not done yet)

- Sustainability - Kajaani: in progress, need to find a proper person again...

- Stakeholder management - Finnish model: In progress as well, due to reorganisation need to find who is officially in charge of this stakeholder model.

New subject: Sessions NDNC2026

Thank you, Jonny for the clarification.

If you have already developed some descriptions for talks, they form a great basis for your discussions with the speakers on their talks. Some speakers are happy to accept an existing description, others would like to add their own flavours, which is perfectly fine as long as it of course is within the scope of the session.

It may also be that when you plan the order of the talks in your sessions you may find that one or more of the descriptions could do with some slight changes to support the flow of the presentations.

I have merged the definitions for the formerly defined sessions on Quantum Networks and OTFN. The problem is that, as we merged both sessions, now there are 6 proposals of talks (one confirmed) for 3 presentation slots (I crossed some proposals, but it would be great if you could check):

* Jörgen Ellegård (JK to check) Why Quantum computing * Peter Kaufman ( Maria I) QKD, Entanglement * Jani to check Cross border QCI (already confirmed by Jani) * TBD but should be ok (Jani). Presenter from both EE-FI-SE and DK led projects (Jani said he will contact) * NMI, (Lars Fisher responsible otherwise he does the talk) Why are we still talking about time and frequency * Raimena Results from the Nordic implementation

I can easily drop my proposal on Entanglement, but there are still 5 proposals for 3 slots. Jani, I suggest that, if you have not yet contacted the Danish project, we keep the NordicQCI one for Quantum. Then, we can keep Jörgen and Raimena, unless you want to explore different options with Lars. This would leave two Quantum and one T&F presentations. Please, I need your help with this. The alternative is to make it a LT session with 6 presentations instead of 3 (quite challenging, right?). Do you have any other suggestions, or should I go ahead with this as proposed?

The sustainability session is already updated too. It was much easier in this case.
